stones ginger wine by skeleton on 24-07-09

in beer it tastes good and in soda water it tatses good. perfect for people who arent into fruity goon. it does count as goon cause it’s $9 and called wine.

totally different taste to sweet lips but still going to give it a 10/10 even if i’m being a bit generous.

13.something % alcohol

Salisbury 2006 Chardonnay by realitydistortion on 15-02-09

I was given this bottle of fine white wine from a friend and as they say free alcohol is good alcohol. The difference with this bottle was I didn’t take it out partying with me it sat in the fridge where I had a glass or two for a few nights in the past week. This was a bit different as I got to taste the wine and remember the taste the next day compared to the usual one night stand with a bottle. Salisbury 2006 Chardonnay offers a flavoursome fruity style with an outstanding value for money. It is very fruity, tasty and refreshing.

Alcohol Content: 12.5% (7.4 Standard Drinks)

Price: For me this was free so you will have to go into your local bottle-o and find the price yourself. I am fairly positive it won’t set you back too much.

Rating: 7-8/10

(I tried not to make this rating bias as this was free wine which can influence the taste and I must admit it has been a long time since I have drunk out of a bottle. For a while now I have been abusing the old goon sack on my nightly adventures which obviously does not match the taste of bottled wine.)

Passion Pop by skeleton on 14-02-09

A Passion fruit sparkling wine, lower in alcohol and a very popular drink. Quite sweet however it seems a little heavy on the t-buds. The new packaging//marketing is spick ‘n’ span.

Price: $4

Rating: 5/10. This changes almost every time.

AN interesting read. RIP.

Gossips Sweet White (Sweet Lips)  by skeleton on 13-02-09

Quite remarkable value for the price. Sweet and flavoursome and would rival some well known sweet wines that sell well and truly over $10.

Light bodied and sweet

high alcohol content. went down a treat.

10/10
